Power Automate Send 7 or 14 Day Task Due Reminder Emails

I built a Power Automate flow that sends automatic email reminders for tasks stored in a SharePoint list without using the Premium connector.

Features:

1. Auto Reminders: Emails go out 14 days before, 7 days before, on the due date, and 7 or 14 days after if the task is late.
2. Manager Alerts: Adds the manager to emails for overdue tasks.
3. Emails: Combines all tasks due today into one email with links.
4. SharePoint Based: Uses a single SharePoint list to manage everything.

• Runs Daily: Checks the task list every day at 10 AM.
• Sends Timely Emails: Reminds the assigned person about upcoming or late tasks and loops in the manager if needed.
• Quick Links: Put task links in emails so people can jump right to them.

I made one SharePoint list with a PowerShell script to keep it simple:

SharePoint List Name - Task List [Contains Tracks things]

• Task Name – Short text
• Assigned To – Person
• Priority – Pick an option
• Status – Pick an option
• Due Date – Date
